Who are we?

Founded in 2007 on Orkut, Indian Australians in Canberra migrated to Facebook for easier connectivity between like minded folk. Our aim to share knowledge based on the experiences of each member may help give direction to one’s query.

We understand the trepidation of moving to a new city. It can be daunting and unnerving. Some may find it easy. But we all have questions, so don’t be afraid to ask. Some of us have been here for a long time and some are new. Our combined & varied knowledge provides a wealth of information that may guide you to acclimatize in Canberra.

Apart from our social media presence, we also occasionally host get-togethers – a great way to network! We hope the info you receive will ease your transition into the Australian way of life!
