Inala Judo

Judo is a competitive martial art founded in 1882 by Professor Jigoro Kano, It was derived from Jiu-Jitsu in an effort to safely teach Jiu-Jitsu to students with minimal or no injury. Since it's creation it has evolved into an Olympic sport which is practised worldwide. The classes are taught by Sensei Chris Lawson and Assistant coach Sensei Srdjan Andjelkovic. Sensei Lawson won the 1994 World Masters Heavyweight Champion, he holds a second dan black belt and is a nationally accredited coach who has taught numerous state and national champions.
