More about In Touch Massage

Touch can convey comfort, love, awareness and many other sensations,it also helps to alleviate aches and pains.

Pregnancy massage promotes relaxation, soothes nerves, and relieves strained back and leg muscles in expectant mothers. Pregnancy massage is especially beneficial in the second and third trimesters, when the extra weight in your belly puts a strain on your back.

Baby massage is simply a method that helps to reinforce the natural power of touch. It is an ancient art that has been used in many diverse cultures to help with a variety of physical and emotional needs and to promote relaxation. When you learn how to massage your baby, it helps you to understand their subtle non-verbal language and develop your ability to listen to them, laying down the foundations of trust and security which will help you to build a happy and confident relationship with your baby for the future.

Parents are discovering that massage can help their child settle, sleep better, reduce crying and relieve problems such as wind, colic, constipation, reflux and eczema. It even helps reduce post-natal depression.

Massage is more than just relaxation. Learning the right massage techniques from a Qualified Instructor will teach you everything you need to know – a skill for life.
