Image Seventy Nine

I have always loved taking photos, and as a child I always the person to have the camera in their hands and be in barely any of the photos. I love taking photographs of my family and friends, and will always have my camera on hand. But I really love getting out in nature and take photos of flowers, plants, sunsets, landscapes and wildlife (I can get distracted easily imagining "how I could that be photographed" by a simple sunset or cloud formation especially if they occur together).

As for design, I have always loved re-designing logos flyers and brochures even as a child, I would even redo spread sheets with a simple design and add borders , creating dynamics and changing font size and types to add a design element. I have also had a fascination with fonts and text since I can remember, spending hours at trying to perfect a font by hand and I still amazed at typography and fonts today. I am currently self teaching myself typography a skill that I want to perfect. Coloring is another past-time that I have not given up and I have a unusual obsession with all pens and pencils (I can spend hours in a stationary shop and not get board). In 2012 I followed my dream and enrolled at the University of South Australia in a Bachelor of Media Arts and I am currently in my last semester. During this time, I have developed a love for web design, from front end design to writing code and is something I would like to pursue and develop further, along with fine tuning design concepts, company branding and expanded my knowledge in photography, color design and typography, as well as vector drawing and design layout. I am looking forward to getting out into the world, doing something that I love for a living.

When I'm not designing, taking photographs or spending time with family and friends, I love spending time in my garden, reading or watching movies or listening to music.
