Head Chef & owner Mende aka "Tony" has over 35 years experience as a Chef. He has worked in many countries around the world, learning his craft in Rome, and continuing to perfect it in various other countries. At Il Forno Mende offers you a unique tasting experience, in a rustic style just like you would have in the provinces of Italy, where you will enjoy all he has to offer.
