Some people think that all Internet Service Providers are the same. iiNet recently increased my monthly bill by $29.95 per month giving me less than a months notice and virtually no right of redress or reply. At the very least I believe that iiNet are guilty of deceptive and misleading trading practices! For years I was a happy Netspace customer. Netspace really looked after me and provided great customer service. Unfortunately iiNet took over Netspace several years ago and I had the misfortune to became an iiNet customer and casualty. Slowly I've had a general sinking feeling as their customer service has gone slowly downhill from reasonable, to overseas to terrible and finally to a downright breach of Trade Practices and Australian Consumer Law. So lets make other consumers aware of your shonky business practices and appalling customer service!
