iCollege Baseball is the dream of founders Dean White and Richard Daly. A program where future stars can learn the skills required to handle any challenges that lie ahead as they take on the collegiate, professional and corporate world.

The mandate is to make great people not just great baseball players.
Using baseball as the conduit for delivery students will become advanced in: Communication, organisation, goal setting, conflict resolution and motivation.
Students will also learn advanced baseball skills both mental and physical delivered on the field and off the field.
Strength and conditioning components are some of the most neglected areas in many baseball programs. As part of the iCBA program not only do students learn how to improve their own strength and conditioning, upon completion they will also understand the key principles and theories.

With completion of the iCollege Baseball Program course work you will achieve a Diploma in Sports Development - providing students with all of the skills to immediately gain employment with in the sport and leisure sector.
