Ian Payne - LJ Hooker Rockingham

Ian Payne joined entered real estate in 1993 after completing 20 years in the Royal Australian Navy, remaining at LJ Hooker Rockingham for 23 years before transitioning to SLP Sell Lease Property. His knowledge and experience in all areas of the Real Estate Profession are outstanding.

Ian has completed many courses pertaining to Real Estate and has previously been a member of the LJ Hooker "Multi-Million Dollar Captains Club" (top 4% of salespersons throughout Australia).

Ian specialises in Rockingham and Baldivis. While most definitely qualified with his training and experience in selling over 700 properties, it is his excellent customer service on which he prides himself.
