Next, a specifically tailored program will be set for your first 12 sessions, based on the results you are looking to achieve.

The first 12 sessions are generally programmed over 4 weeks, but this will be designed around your schedule.

Measurements are taken at your first appointment and reviewed after 6 sessions to ensure the program is achieving maximum results.

Additional dietary and lifestyle information will also be provided to accelerate results if you so desire.

As a general guide, each session takes 30 minutes, and is personally supervised.
