“Hypnosis” is such an old fashioned term, and being a younger therapist, I prefer to term my therapy sessions – “solution based relaxation”! You will only ever relax as much as you want or need, in order to achieve everything you are ready to achieve.

I am currently conducting my clinical hours and will soon be finalising my Diploma of Clinical Hypnotherapy and Diploma of Neuro Linguistic Programing. Using a modern and naturalistic approach that is personal to each client, we can achieve lasting results that will leave you feeling positive about the future.
