About Me: I was enlightened to study hypnotherapy as it has always fascinated me. I had read a lot about it over the years and about the mind. The sub conscious is a deep well of all the records of our soul and to draw from that is to change, learn, grow or correct things from our current life.

I found a therapist I was comfortable with and proceeded to have sessions with her, this was Lorna Jackson from The Jackson Institute; where I would go on and train as a therapist myself.

What do I get from Hypnotherapy? I like people, I like how the mind works, it is an amazing tool, I’m empathetic, compassionate and non-judgemental to others. I have held a wide variety of jobs over my lifetime and I have found a job I love where I can help others with their lives. Our past lives and between life experiences are an interesting, healing way to move forward without some baggage.
