Hunter Valley Boutique Escapes is independently owned and operated. Investments in the Hunter Valley region began in 2012 with the beautiful renovation of The Close Cottage Retreat. In 2014, The Bronte Guest House was acquired with a view to refurbishing one of the most iconic buildings in Morpeth, and so began the revitalization of Caleb Souls (of Soul Patterson Fame) original house and shop to create a luxury retreat. In 2015 Hunter Valley Boutique Escapes purchased The Regents Park, a four star mansion property within 2 hours drive of the Sydney CBD. This property is now the jewel in the crown offering a range of special event options.

Owner Operator, Clint Marquet, prides himself on delivering an exceptional experience for guests by assembling a dynamic and experienced team focused on delivering 4 star hospitality.
