Humpty Doo Boot Camp and Mobile PT

Boot Camp has been operating in Humpty Doo for almost 2 years now! Come get fit, have fun and meet some new ladies in our 'women only' 6 week Boot Camp blocks. They run every 6 weeks, with a week break in between. $140 for the whole course, $130 for Boot Camp veterans! It's for all fitness levels, ages 16 and up. Located at the Humpty Doo Primary School. Mobile PT: Can't be bothered leaving the house? or maybe can't leave kids alone? I'll bring my gear and come to you! Prices are affordable and if you get a group together it's even cheaper. Along with PT you will recieve programs to do in your own time and nutrition advice.
