**HUB 3219 and HOMESTART are both social enterprises of Encompass Community Services**

ABOUT HUB 3219

Hub 3219 reflects an identified need in the local community to provide work experience in a team environment for people who are typically socially disengaged for extended periods and in many cases also have a disability or mental health issue. The participants at Hub 3219 develop skills in retail, warehousing, upcycling and restoring of unwanted furniture.


The shop aims to provide employment to jobseekers with disabilities, and has a shop front where customers can pre loved furniture , gorgeous hand-crafted items and funky upcycled pieces in a gallery type scenario.

Hub 3219 envisions to grow into a self-sustainable enterprise essentially offering training and employment opportunities for Encompass participants, as well as generating income through various income streams .

We welcome you to visit our shop, HomeStart, located at Hub 3219 (Unit 2, 181-185 Bellarine Hwy Newcomb 3219, just behind Thrifway).

As part of our commitment to assist those who may be disadvantaged in our local community, we offer furniture at very reasonable prices. We also offer discounts to concession card holders. Every purchase or donation you make, will help us give back to the Geelong community.
