Nicole Mackay is a personal trainer, mother and wife and knows about life pressures getting in the way of our well being.

Wanting to help those around her get healthy, fit and strong, in 2013 Nicole Mackay enrolled and completed Certificate III and IV in Fitness through the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers and is now a registered Personal Trainer with Fitness Australia.

In October 2014 Nicole wanted to gain further insight into improving children's health and wellbeing and gained a Certificate in Outdoor Fitness for Children through Motivate to train.

Soon after this Nicole opened up her own business and has obtained various accreditations which include the following:

Qualifications:

* Certificate III and IV in Fitness, Australian Institute of Personal Trainers

* Level 1 and Advanced Thump Boxing Instructor as well as Thump Super Kickbox instructor

* Group Training Instructor

* Level 1, Fundamentals of Kettlebell

* Certificate in Outdoor Fitness for Children, Motivate to Train, Bootcamp Alliance Pty Ltd
