As well as providing the brochures we can also supply working drawings for your house. These drawings include;

FAQ
1. How do I purchase a set of brochure plans?
If you wish to purchase a set of brochure plans please call us on 4925 0772 or alternatively you can contact us via email on info@ceads.com.au . From here we will issues an invoice to you and upon receiving payment of that invoice we will issue the full set of brochure plans.

2. Will I have any extra fees after I purchase a brochure set?
No, not unless you require modifications to the brochure set, require working drawings or wish for us to update your old brochure plans.


3. Once I purchase these brochures do I own the copyright?
The copyright of the brochure, designs, floor plans & elevations/Render remain with Capricorn Engineering & Drafting Services. However upon purchase of these brochures CEADS grants use of the brochure plan & render for you to utilise as a marketing/sales tool.

4. Can I alter plans and get working drawings?
For a fixed fee we can provide working drawings of all brochure plans. Alterations can be made to any plan and will be charged at an hourly rate. Please enquire for these fees.
