Cancellation Policy
Here at House of Rozario we have put in place a new cancellation policy, please review before making appointments !

Please understand that when you cancel or not show up, to your appointment without giving us 24 hours’ notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Our appointment reminders go out exactly 24hours prior to appointment time, a simple reply to the automated message by contacting the salon on 0889000182 to cancel your appointment, or if you know the salon is closed please still leave us a message on our voicemail with the time & date of your call.

We understand things do come up & unforeseen circumstances sometimes do happen, all we ask of you is that you notify us 24 hours prior.

All cancellations within the 24hours will have 50% of their appointment cost applied to their account or will be charged before they make their next appointment.
No shows will receive a full amount of the appointment cost applied to either their account or paid in FULL before making their next booking.

Please understand this policy as we are here to provide everyone with the same high quality service.
