Hotel Tully or the Top Pub Working Backpackers , as it is known to the locals, is a working hostel located in Tully, along the Great Green Way between Cairns and Townsville, North Queensland.

Tully is a small and busy rural township, that is the hub of the rural area it supports. The town has many great shops and restaurants with a large IGA Supermarket.

Tully is regarded as the best & most reliable all year round work venues in Australia. Backpackers carry out a wide variety of jobs in the banana paddocks and sheds, with all training supplied on the job.

The Top Pub Working Backpackers is located at the top of the main street of Tully, within 5 minutes walk of the IGA Supermarket, food shops, chemist and post office.

The Top Pub Working Backpackers has a reputation for being cheap, clean and modern. Facilities such as laundry and high speed internet are available 24 hours a day. Facilities and amenities are cleaned daily. Sheets, cutlery and towels are provided on check in. All rooms are air conditioned.

Once checked in, you will be placed on our work waiting list so we can arrange work with one of the local banana farms.
