I am a qualified Hot Yoga Instructor. My aim is to provide hot yoga for the apprehensive beginner to the intermediate practioner and to provide it at a very reasonable cost. I hold classes in my garage which is fully tiled with high ceilings. I believe yoga is for everyone and so the price is kept low, classes are only $7.

I believe in Yoga as a healthy way to develop a balanced life. It can help rid one of aches and pains, it cleanses the body deeply - detoxifying the organs and cells, it will help you lose weight, gain flexibility and strength and importantly, leaves you with a sense of empowerment that no other sport can bring.
