Hopper Kadé (hop-per kar-day) brings contemporary Sri Lankan hoppers to Sydney. Hoppers are a range of dishes based on naturally fermented rice flour with sweet or savoury fillings that are a staple on the tables of Sri Lankan homes. With its crispy bowl and spongy base, hoppers have been described as a hybrid of the crumpet and crepe.
Dismayed by the unhealthy take away foods available, the Hopper Kadé team wanted to produce fast food without compromising on nutrition or quality.
Wholesome food with a conscience is the mission of Hopper Kadé, and home grown values and fresh food made to order is our commitment to customers.
