In our Cheese Making Workshops we take the mystery out of making cheese. When you think about it, milk maids have been making cheese in dairies for centuries.

The soft cheese Workshop we teach you how to make Camembert, Feta, Mascarpone, Quark, Ricotta and a Greek Style Yoghurt just to name a few.

Our workshops are 100% hands on, fun and interactive. Everything is provided, all you need to bring is yourself and a love of cheese. All course notes are provided.

Once you have mastered the art of soft cheese we then offer other workshops teaching Blue Vein, Cheddar, Havarti, Halloumi and more.

The equipment used to make your own cheese is as simple as the process itself. The ancient art of cheese making is now a process that can be replicated in your own kitchen.
