Whats the difference between Bootcamp and Group PT ???

You decide to change your lifestyle as you feel unfit, want to lose or gain weight, increase strength or want to look good for a special occasion!
In the beginning you might be able to do only 3 Push ups!
You join a Bootcamp or any kind of “High Intensity Smash session”, which its great! You will see a fast improvements in fitness and strength and overall wellbeing, you quickly increase your max Push ups to possible 8…
BUT what happens after 8 weeks???
It is scientifically proven that your body will adapt and gets used to any kind of “stressors”, meaning you will hit a plateau.
If the “Stressor” in this case the same kind of High Intensity Workout remains the same week in and week out, you wont improve your performance and possible get bored.

GROUP PT is structured periodised programming that is designed to push through the plateaus and constantly hit new heights.
Progressive overload is the key to keep reaching new goals, I also concentrate on personalised nutritional guidance and constant support and guidance via email, SMS or phone.


I am offering training in a private location with gym set up (squat rack etc.), to keep an personalised touch the group size wont exceed 6 people at a time.
Structured lifting and key movements like Squats and Deadlights to strengthen & tone the whole body while integrating a high intensity conditioning phase to increase fitness, burn body fat and create a sexy physique.

Big misconception of most people is :
Strength training = Weights = bulkiness.........WRONG !!
