Holiday Rental - Our Lodge Number 24 - Big River Grafton NSW

Our Lodge is located at the Big River Holiday and Ski Lodge on the Clarence River in Grafton, NSW.
This is the ultimate location for water sports and is loved by water skiers, wake boarders and even fisherman.
Our Lodge Is spacious and ideal for a family or two, is located on the second row back from the river, on a corner block, with extra parking for a vehicle/boat and yes you can see the water.

Our lodge can Sleep 11 people and is configured as follows.
Downstairs [Sleeps 5]
• Master Bedroom – Queen Bed
• 2nd Bedroom – Double Bunk Bed on the bottom with a single bunk above
Mezzanine [Sleeps 6]
• 1 x Double Bed
• 1 x Queen Bed
• 1 x Double Bed

Access to our lodge is via the huge front roller door (that is screened) which allows for great natural lighting and a nice breeze and a rear sliding door.
Lodge Amenities include a TV, Radio, Fridge, good size kitchen and a great bathroom.

The air-conditioned is a commercial quality ‘evaporative cooler’.

The Carport/Boat Area is where our ski boat is screened and stored and is off limits to users of our lodge.
Park Amenities includes a swimming pool, tennis court, jumping pillow, BBQ area, modern and clean facilities, an office/kiosk and fuel facilities.
