We are located at 92 Greenfields Circle, Hocking near the corner of Elliot Rd and the second entrance to Greenfields Circle adjacent to the Wanneroo Tennis
Courts. Our practice is single storey and accessible by wheelchair but please let us know if you require any further assistance.

Our Practice is a HBF preferred provider and we offer the convenience of being able to claim your insurance rebate on the spot with the HICAPS system, leaving only the gap to pay. Please bring your Health Insurance card to your appointment.
