A full service club with a comprehensive range of programs and personalised service. Tailoring programs to people all ages, no matter their size or strength.
Highly trained staff will be on site to assist with any requirements around the gym, as well as deliver personal training, group fitness, strength training, injury rehabilitation, body composition training, yoga and tai chi classes.
We use only the highest quality gym equipment custom made in the USA, which fits in well with the 5 star facility.
Our equipment ensures that every workout is done safely, effectively and fit for purpose.
We strive to create a gym environment where everyone feels welcomed and equal no matter what level of fitness you are.
