Hixxa Building & Construction

Hixxa building & construction is a small construction company formed with 3 partners who have the vision to bring a new taste to the building industry. The company has successfully operated in the South Eastern areas since 2015 working on both small and large scale construction, repair, and alteration projects focusing on residential contracting. With the business boom that is occuring in our local area and the desire to improve overall profit margins, the company is planning to shift its target market from residential renovation clients to the larger builder customers. This business plan will lay out our goals and tasks to make this transition successful and create enough market share to succeed in this highly competitive market.

Hixxa building & construction, began in 2015 when Kamran Zirak began his own sole trading company. In 2016 Hixxa B&C was merged with another small scale local company, JCB Carpentry which was owned by Josh Boyd & Cameron Borg and the company began to bid successfully for larger scale projects.

As part of its growth and altered focus, Hixxa B&C has changed its charter from a sole trader company to a Pty Ltd corporation registered in Melbourne. This will allow Hixxa B&C greater access to investment funds to fuel its growth.
