I am very excited to share with you our brand new studio in the heart of Mapleton – Hinterland Holistic Health.

As a local resident I wanted to get involved with and support the local area – what better way to do that than become part of the small business community. My vision was not only to offer new services to the area, but also a space for other practitioners to share their skills. I wanted to create a beautiful healing space, where people could instantly feel the energy, relax, re-energize and rebalance.

After weeks of long hours with my husband Rob, we took a vacant financial planning office and completely transformed it into a warm, calm and restful retreat.

We have been blessed to put together an amazing team of practitioners offering their expertise to our clients, including:
• Jivan Leela who specialises in Emotional Freedom Technique, The Journey and Sensorimotor Art Therapy
• Samyo Dalgarno – is a presenter, Facial Harmony therapist and creator of Crystal, Light and Sound Therapy (M-Field Therapy)
• Vicki Cook - is a qualified Beauty Therapist with over 20years experience and a Skilled Spiritual Medium & Recognized Healer.
• And of course myself. Being a Reiki Master & Teacher my absolute passion is Reiki Healing and sharing this beautiful energy. Other treatments include Hahana Hot Stone massage, Body Wraps and Scrubs, Indian Scalp Massage and much more

Apart from our hands on practitioners we also wanted to offer a space where clients could just breathe, re-energize and be reinvigorated – so we installed two extra rooms.

One with a large Far Infrared Sauna –Whether it is enjoying solitude and relaxation, or looking for assistance with detoxing or weight loss, our infrared sauna uses radiant heat that penetrates further into the skin, stimulating your cardiovascular, lymphatic and immune systems.

Our second, being Halo Salt Therapy. We are so thrilled also to offer the only private salt room for our clients to enjoy – it is exclusive, relaxing and therapeutic. A warm and calming room that up to two people can utilise at one time. Our salt room also includes two individual halo generators to increase the ultimate benefits of negative ions and microscopic salt particles within the salt room space.

Hinterland Holistic Health is the biggest Himalayan Salt product Distributer in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, we have access to hundreds of different Himalayan salt products. If it’s salt lamps or ancillary products you are looking for we proudly offer these at discounted rates – our priority it to ensure as many people as possible have access to these beautiful products without paying top dollar.
