Perched atop a hill on 5 landscaped acres and surrounded by the rolling green hills of a 165 acre farm with spectacular views in every direction, Multi Tourism Award Winning Hillcrest is located in beautiful Upper Crystal Creek, just outside historic Murwillumbah in the Tweed Valley, Tropical Northern NSW. Just 35 minutes drive from Gold Coast airport, 80 minutes from Brisbane, 45 mins from Byron Bay and 12 mins from Murwillumbah CBD.

Catering for one couple only, Hillcrest Spa Cottage is set in its own fenced rainforest garden for the ultimate in peace and privacy. With fully equipped kitchen, gas bby on the private verandah, split system a/c and real wood burning fire in the lounge, separate bedroom, large ensuite with top of the range luxury double spa bath, separate shower, robes, hairdryer, candles and a selection of toiletries, our Cottage is ideal for a mid-winter romantic interlude and a perfect year 'round honeymoon destination.

Cottage tariff includes winter firewood and standard breakfast provisions including home-grown free range eggs and loaf of crusty home-made bread for night of arrival. Our full brunch basket, bbq packs and poolside candle-lit dinners can be arranged with advance notice please.

Located in a private wing of the main House which is built in the shape of a square doughnut around a central atrium with fishpond and tropical plants, both B&B suites have ensuite bathrooms ~ one with luxury double spa bath, one with full size ordinary bath, both with separate showers ~ hairdryers, robes, candles, bubble bath and a selection of toiletries, as well as in-room tv/dvd.

Both guest suites open to a large verandah with table, chairs, hammock outside each room and views over rolling green hills to Mt Warning in the distance.

B&B Suite tariff includes port served to the private guest lounge each evening, bed turn-down on night of arrival, daily room servicing and our full country style breakfast - complete with home-made breads & preserves and home grown free-range eggs - served in the dining room each morning.
