RESULTS -
Your doctor will advise when they expect results to arrive at the practice. You can call the Surgery to see if your results have come back but you will need to see a Dr to get the result.
Reception staffs are unable to give patient results.

PATHOLOGY SERVICES -
The new Pathology Centre run by Douglas Hanly Moir is open to Surgery patients from 8am to 12pm Monday, Wednesday, Friday . The centre is located at 5 West Parade (the old Post Office). After 12 pm pathology tests can be done here at the Surgery. You will need to see a Dr before your blood test to get a request form.

EMERGENCIES -
If you feel that you have a life threatening medical emergency, please ring the surgery on 02 4889 8456 or attend the surgery immediately. Otherwise phone emergency services on 000. If you have no mobile coverage you can call 112.

AFTER HOURS -
This practice provides 24 hours care on a roster care system shared with GPs across the Highlands. Please phone 4861 6433 and the call centre will phone your details through to the doctor on duty who will contact you. Otherwise you can attend the GP After Hours Service at the rear of the Southern Highlands Private Hospital off Sheffield Road.
This service is not bulk billed.

Saturday 3.00pm – 5.00pm
Sunday & Public Holidays 10.00am – 12.00 noon and 3.00pm -5.00pm.
