Western District Lifestyle Centre is a new, innovative, and fun way to improve your fitness and nutrition, and best of all.... IT's KID FRIENDLY & FUN!

We invite everyone to join our team of motivation and Health Coaches, as we help you improve your fitness levels and educate you on nutrition, all while the kids are having fun and a you enjoy great workout.

After you have completed your exercise, you can relax and have a chat while to other mums while the kids continue to play and give you time to relax. Included in the cost is a fat burning tea to really get the rustles kick started and also a recovery smoothie!
Everyone is welcome to a complete wellness evaluation, to help give you insight into your internal health and help track your true health indicators.

Fitclub is for anyone regardless of age or fitness level. Come alone, or better yet, bring a friend (or two). You can come to one session per week, or all of them, it is up to you. There are no contracts, so you can attend for as long as you wish.

Fitness sessions are $6 with no additional costs!
