A little about me -
I'm a 34 year old mum to 3 growing boys who continue to teach me so much about life and that its never too late to chase your dreams. As well as fitness some other things I love are fishing, boating, bush walking, water skiing, sports, arts and crafts and cooking up a storm!
My passion for fitness started when my first son was born over 12 years ago. I was on a mission to lose the extra kilos I gained in pregnancy but soon found out I actually really loved to work out and it has snowballed since then. After reaching my target weight, I wanted more, so I set myself new goals to increase my fitness and push myself harder and that is where I discovered my love for Hiit. After years of attending classes and working out from home, I found that again, I wanted more. It was then I decided I would take it to the next level and study to be a Group Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer at Fit College (http://www.fitcollege.edu.au/) so I could help to motivate and inspire others to find the same passion for health and fitness that I did.
I love participating in a wide variety of group fitness classes including Metafit, FBX, Boxing, Bootcamp, AMPD, Konga/Burn and online groups, but the thought of being able to train others in these classes excites me more than anything. I am hoping that with my own weight loss journey and further studies at Fit College, I will be able to inspire and help others so that they too can be successful in reaching their goals. There is no better time to start than today!
