Welcome to HIGHGRADE PERSONNEL PTY LTD, a privately owned labour hire, recruitment and human resource services company established in 2015 in Kalgoorlie Western Australia. We also operate a satellite office in Wangara, Perth to help service our Perth based clients and FIFO work force.

HIGHGRADE PERSONNEL offer labour hire, recruitment & human resource services to the Mining, Construction, Engineering, Oil & Gas and Administration industries both in blue & white collar roles.

Our management team has a combined 80 years experience in a wide range of industries including Surface & Underground Mining, Construction, Manufacturing, Drill & Blast, Labour Hire Operations and Management, as well as operating several successful businesses which currently service open pit & underground mining operations around Australia.
