High Spirits Yoga is located in Stratford, Victoria, Australia; a town on the Avon River, 232 kilometres east of Melbourne on the Princes Highway, in the Shire of Wellington.

So, what makes High Spirits different to other yoga studios? It’s our intention; the way we offer yoga to you and our community.

Our style of yoga is holistic, practical, fun but focused, safe and ethical in a relaxing and comfortable environment. We place equal importance on asanas (yoga postures), breath, meditation and yoga philosophy.

High Spirits Yoga invites men and women of all levels to attend as we are sure we can find a class style to suit your current needs. We encourage you to engage in a balanced lifestyle and offer opportunities for you to learn more about movement, health, nutrition and community spirit.

High Sprits Yoga is run as a ‘not for profit’ studio which means your fees are spent on equipment and teacher training; we provide all you need to get your groove on (mats, blankets, bolsters, blocks and straps) at no extra charge.

We have a comfy space and encourage you to enjoy a cup of tea and connect with your fellow yogi’s after class.
