Enjoy our amazing full plate dry rubbed whole rack of ribs, succulent maple chilli chicken wings, our Spring salads, rosemary real potatoes and decadent desserts. We also proudly pour local craft beers, made right here on Tamborine Mountain (Fortitude Brewery), with Fortitude Drifter Endless Summer Ale (Taste like Pacific Ale), Fortitude Ginger Beer (An amazing thirst quencher), Fortitude Interceptor Pale Ale (An aggressive American pale ale) and currently our special batch beer is Green Beacon WindJammer IPA (Rotated regularly… ask our staff).
Cocktails and mixology are also our thang, so be sure to check our seasonal (& Hickory classic) drink mixes. See those barrels hanging on the wall… that’s right, they hold our house aged rum.
