Hi Spec Civil was first formed in January 2012 and since then has grown to be a leader in civil construction in the NT.

Safety is paramount. Our employees are highly trained, with many years of successful, safe contracting. Prior to starting every job, a Safe Work Method Statement is prepared and an analysis carried out to identify potential hazards.

The founding director of Hi- Spec- Brendan Gallagher has been a Civil Supervisor of large construction companies and his knowledge of the industry is an asset to any project.

Hi Spec Civil is an active member of the Civil Contractors Federation.

We have carried out many contracts with organisations including local contractors, mining and exploration companies and State Government Departments. Our impressive record of repeat contracts indicates that we are maintaining our guiding objective, namely ongoing customer satisfaction.

We hold a certificate of currency for workers compensation insurance, and hold public liability insurance to the value of $20,000,000.

We own all the plant required to carry out the construction of most civil construction contracts, but also have an extensive list of sub-contractors and suppliers to assist in carrying out our works.

We believe it is important to employ locals and encourage Indigenous employment and training within the company.
