Is this account monitored 24/7?
Not on a regular basis but every attempt is made to check in at least once a day but not guaranteed.

Why can’t we answer every question?
We will try our best to answer as many of your questions as possible but this will not always be possible, especially during busy times. During major emergencies the provision of critical emergency information may be slow in getting posted on this page, as this page is run by a volunteer. Every attempt will be made to update this page as soon as possible. Again, never "only" rely on this page.

Can I share information from this page?
Yes. As long as you attribute the source.

Where is my comment?
During major emergencies we may change the page’s default wall setting from showing posts from everyone to only show posts from CFA. This allows people to immediately see the latest incident information posted by Hepburn RFB.

Why has my comment been deleted?
CFA has outlined its Moderation Policy below for using this page. If users post comments found to be breaching these conditions we may delete their comment.

Why do people ‘like’ status updates about sad topics?
When page users ‘like’ status updates about tragic events, it doesn’t necessarily mean they approve of them happening, ‘Liking’ an update is a way of showing support and appreciation of the information shared in the update.

Hepburn RFB reserves the right to delete any posted content that we deem to be offensive, insulting or inappropriate.

Unacceptable content includes, but is not limited to;

- remarks that racially or religiously vilifies, incites violence or hatred, or is likely to offend, insult or humiliate others based on race, religion, ethnicity, gender, age, sexual orientation or any physical or mental disability

- content which you know (or is reasonably expected to know) is false, misleading or deceptive
- content that could be defamatory to any person
- any content not related to CFA or it's areas of responsibility
- posts or links to pages that contain the aforementioned material
