ON FARM MANAGEMENT:
This suites Dairy Farmers who have the capacity to rear heifers at home. The “On Farm Management” program provides Dairy Farmers with the latest technology and knowledge to achieve the proper growth targets. We look at the Mature Body Weight (MBW) of your milking platform for benchmarking and set growth milestones from this. A hands on practical service that provides the disciplined monitoring so heifers can unlock their genetic potential.

Both Cameron Renshaw and or David Earle are on-site every 6 to 8 weeks in the yards working and monitoring your stock with you. Results are fed back to the Dairy Farmer in a simple report that allows us to assess whether any early intervention is needed. This is a critical process to ensure heifers are reaching set milestones.

CONTRACT GRAZING:
Long term weight gain agistment under contract, provides Dairy Farmers with the assurance of having heifers off farm but still being monitored. Paid only on weight gain heifers are under a disciplined management system managed by Heiferlink.

Just like "On Farm Management" heifers are monitored every 6 to 8 weeks by Heiferlink along with health and joining programs.
