Welcome to Heavens Paradise Horse Rehabilitation & Sanctuary. Let me tell you a bit about what we have come together to achieve.

We are a group of young woman and men who have a love for horse’s and have seen there is a need for a horse rescue in the region so we have come together to form Heavens Paradise Horse Rehabilitation & Sanctuary. Based out of beautiful Gloucester HPHRS will cover the Upper Hunter & Mid North Coast.

Our dreams are to take in horses that have been neglected, abused or left to fend on their own, with the aim to return them to health and give them loving homes to spend the rest of their days, have now come true.

Some of the horses we will be taking in are scared of people and unhandled. They may be foals, 10yr olds or even oldies. But we believe that they all deserve a second chance at life and they all deserve to know what love is.

We will be working closely with our vet, farrier, equine dentist and breaker to give them the best chance at recovery and a good life.

Through rehabilitation these horses will then be able to be rehomed to loving forever homes on a life time adoption basis. Where many of them will go on to compete in pony club.

Some of the horses we take in will not be able to be rehomed so they will spend the rest of their days in retirement on 50 acres of beautiful country side at our Barrington base, where they can roam free all day in lush green paddocks.
