I am a Wellness, Mindset and Life Coach who’s passionate about health and wellness. I help people experiencing weight loss challenges and health issues from stress, anxiety and depression become stronger, happier and healthier.

I understand the impact of unwanted weight, stress, anxiety on physical health and wellness. I’ve experienced them myself. As a teen I lived through some life altering events. Instead of becoming a victim of those events, I took a path to healing which empowered me to live a healthier, happier life and achieve my life goals. Having healed myself, I passionately believe everyone can live a life of health and wellness.

I’ve been running the Heartfelt by Christine Safi business for ten years. In 2013 I won Business of the Year Award in the Specialised Business category.

I’m a qualified Reiki Master Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, Hypnotherapist, EFT Practitioner, Meditation Facilitator and Life Coach. My skills and experience bring a holistic approach to helping people achieve their life goals.
