Lynda Mitchell has a Diploma in Remedial Massage completed at the Australian College of Massage in 2010. She has also completed Certificates 3 & 4 in Fitness and is a qualified and practicing Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. She also works part time as a Physio Aide at Physio Alive and co-owns EFM McLaren Vale with her husband.

Lynda says “I had been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and wanted to expand my knowledge and skills to incorporate different aspects of health, a healing approach with the aim of overall wellbeing and health, incorporating body, mind and soul.” This expansion has now included providing craniosacral therapy at Evolve Manual Therapies. Her massage work experience has included working at Eleaner Day Spa, touring with the Australian Institute of Sport/Cycling Australia, and beginning and successfully running her own business.
