Healthy & Active Kids

Healthy & Active Kids Holiday Camps will be conducted during Queensland school holiday periods. A Healthy Active Kids holiday camp is a comprehensive 5 day program that is specifically designed for kids and thus their family’s to learn more about the tools necessary for young people to deal with, manage and overcome sedentary lifestyles.



The camp itself is designed to equip young men and women with the skills, knowledge and tools needed to be motivated enough to make life long change, allowing young people to feel good about themselves and allow them to be happy and confident in their bodies.
