Healthglo has the Largest and most Comprehensive selection of both Cardiovascular and Strength Training Equipment.
Our Indoor Pool is Heated and Saltwater with Ozone and Chlorination treatment. The pool is available for general swimming, family fun or swimming lessons. Our Learn to Swim program provides for infant to adult through private or group lessons.
We have a Group Exercise Program stacked with exciting and challenging formats. With choices of Aerobics, Pilates, Boot Camp, Aqua, BodyPump, BodyStep, RPM and Living Longer for the Seniors, there is something for EVERYBODY.
Our other activities are Squash and Racquetball, Spa, Sauna and Virtual Training Studio.
For the kids we now provide one of the best options in Burnie for Birthday Parties. Our parties allow use of the Pool, Trampolines, Interactive Studio or a combination of two. The parties have the option of supervised games and activites, leaving the food choices to you or being fully catered by us.
