Hello everyone, and welcome to my facebook page. I am a qualified Holistic Practitioner offering advice in Nutrition, in combination with Reiki, Bach Flower Remedies and Meditation sequences.

In Clinical Practice since 1998, I gained my Diploma in Nutrition at Nature Care College, Sydney. Using a holistic mix of treatments, my aim is to help individuals with attaining physical, emotional and mental alignment. This can be achieved through a combination of Dietary Changes, Energy work, Bach Flower Remedies or a Meditation Sequence.

As we are all so different, our reactions and our presentation of a disease are also different. Healing or good health begins with what we do to our bodies and what we put into them. If you do not take care of your body and fill it up with the wrong foods, you will ultimately be ill.

Getting back to eating real food for the sake of our health is my passion. Many people do not equate their health with the food they eat. They think good health is something we are blessed with. We have to work at being healthy, feeding ourselves properly, having sufficient rest, dealing with our stresses, doing sufficient exercise, and always being aware that this body is the only one we will ever have and that it needs to be cared for.

Good food, is where good health begins.
