Health Studio - Exercise Physiology

Health Studio's Accredited Exercise Physiologists (AEP's) and Sports Scientists are University qualified and trained to work with people considered to be 'High Risk', in addition to the general population and elite athletes. We have a thorough understanding of the physiology and mechanics of the human body and are best positioned to prescribe evidence based exercise, and get results! Utilising their extensive experience in the industry, and current best practice through continued education, our AEP's will ensure you receive the safest and most effective exercise options and advice available.



If you want (or need) to get started with an exercise program but are anxious that you may be doing yourself more harm than good, we can help you reach your health and fitness goals safely and effectively. Alternatively, if you just need good direction and supervision we can also help!
