We all hold our experiences and emotions in our body. We may not consciously think about them, but our bodies hold feelings like abandonment, anger, guilt, shame, worthlessness etc. These negative life patterns, and beliefs can come from childhood. These blockages can come out in so many different ways, e.g: dis-ease, anxiety, depression, mental illness, chronic illness, pain and so on.

In 2014 my world was spun upside down. I was diagnosed with MS which then lead to chronic fatigue, blindness, numbness, depression and gut issues. I was not a well girl. After trying the "normal' way of curing myself, I got sicker. I went searching for the answers to heal myself. I found those answers and now I am sharing them with the world.

My mission is to share my findings, research and talents so others can live a great, happy, healthy and abundant life. It is our birthright.
