headspace Goulburn offers a range of health services for young people aged 12-25 years. Our staff are friendly and approachable with lots of experience helping young people set goals and overcome challenges.

headspace Goulburn can help you if:
• Need someone to talk to
• Feeling down, stressed, or cant stop worrying
• Don’t feel like yourself
• Are being bullied, hurt or harassed or feeling unsafe
• Would like to cut down on your drug and or alcohol intake
• Having trouble gaining employment
• Having trouble with relationships
• Want to talk about sexuality or identity
• Want to find out more about sexual health and contraception

You may not know exactly what the problem is and that is fine too.

It's super easy. The best way is to just give us a call and ask to see somebody. We'll talk you through it from there.
