I saw a demand for weight loss coaching in 2011 and spend the next 18 months in study. I wrote the manual working with a number of doctors to get their input. I went overseas to get knowledge because Europe is much more advanced with this weight loss methodology than we are. I launched in 2012 and as at October 2017 I've worked successfully with over 500 men women and teenagers. It's absolutely life changing to make such a difference to peoples lives. Not to mention their health. When someone comes to you with Type II diabetes and leaves 6 weeks later with a clean bill of health from their doctor - there is nothing as rewarding as that.
