You have a few options to choose for accomodation configuration.
1. The whole house (sleeps 12) - 6 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens; multiple dining and living spaces both indoor and outdoor. Price $600 plus cleaning fee $80.
2. Upstairs (sleeps 8) - 4 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with use of outdoor kitchen. Price $250 for 4 and additional guests $40 per person per night. Cleaning fee $40
3. Downstairs (sleeps 4) - 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with use of outdoor kitchen. Price $120 for a couple and additional guests $40 per person per night. Cleaning fee $40
