Hargraves Beach House

There is no category on this site that describes our rental property... The street level double garage, the entire ground floor including 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 4 toilets and the backyard and outdoor heated spa and 2 outside hot and cold showers comprise the property available, but also, there is a further top floor which is entirely separate and self contained with a separate entrance and driveway which is occupied by the owners. This in no way impacts guests and is a definite advantage because privacy is assured, but the owners can be approached for any service, repair or assistance required and they can open up the house at any hour required, so no keys need to be collected from another location or office. The owners feel so strongly about this that they offer a full refund if guests feel that their holiday was adversely affected by their presence upstairs.

Standard/Peak Holiday periods vary from $ 700 per night.
Weekend rates are $2000 (Standard) or $2400 (Peak) Check in Friday after 3pm Checkout Sunday by 11am.
Standard Weekly Rates are $4,200 Weekly and $4,900 min 7 days Peak Periods
