Formidable husband and wife duo Sam and Phil Hargrave have made waves in the property industry since meeting in 1997.
Their exciting new venture Hargrave Real Estate, based in Noosa’s hinterland, offers a fresh perspective in selling real estate.
Sam and Phil selected the best of their 25-year knowledge to present clients with a reasoned perspective and stress-free experience when listing, marketing, leasing and selling their home.
Prior to meeting, each had cemented their careers in real estate on opposite sides of the country, Phil in Western Australia and Sam in New South Wales.
Sam worked for a collection of Sydney Lower North Shore’s most successful agencies, while Phil worked as a fully licenced agent in Perth.
Together they bring a wealth of experience from all sides of the industry, from interior design to property management, to selling prestige and rural real estate.
Since 2003 the duo has lived and breathed the Noosa hinterland, working to build a reputation as one of the area’s best agents.
Together, Sam and Phil share true dedication to achieving the best outcomes for their clients and continually evolve through regular industry training.
